忘却形骸、心境澄澈
当禅定逐渐稳固,身体的存在感不再占据中心。并非身体消失,而是对形骸的执著松动,心不再被感官讯号持续牵引。此时,内在空间显现,觉知清澈,心境如澄水无波。这种状态不是刻意追求的结果,而是深度放松与持续觉察自然交汇的产物。
一、形骸为何成为障碍
1.对身体感受的过度关注
疼痛、舒适、姿势好坏,若被不断评估,心便难以安住。
2.将身体经验误认为“我”
把感受当作自我核心,使心无法超越感官层面。
3.恐惧失控的心理反应
对身体界限的执守,往往源自不安与防卫。
二、忘却形骸的真实含义
1.不是忽略,而是不执
身体仍被觉知,但不再成为注意力焦点。
2.不是麻木,而是松开
感受存在,却不引发连锁反应。

心不再被形体限制视角。

Forgetting the Body, Clarifying the Mind
As concentration deepens, bodily presence no longer dominates attention. The body does not disappear, but fixation upon it relaxes. Awareness becomes spacious and clear, like still water. This clarity arises naturally from deep relaxation combined with sustained observation.
1. Why the Body Becomes an Obstacle
1.Excessive focus on sensation
Constant evaluation of comfort or pain disrupts stability.
2.Mistaking bodily experience for self
Identification prevents transcendence of sensory limits.
3.Fear of losing control
Attachment to form often masks insecurity.
2. The Meaning of Forgetting the Body
1.Not ignoring, but not clinging
The body remains known without dominating awareness.
