紫薯糯米饭

简介:
这是一道软糯香甜的素食主食,紫薯天然甘甜与糯米绵软交融,蒸制后色泽自然、口感细腻。

材料:
糯米 300克(提前浸泡4小时)
紫薯 200克(去皮切块)
清水 适量
白糖 1汤匙(可选)
食用油 少许

做法:

1.准备食材:
糯米洗净后浸泡4小时,紫薯去皮切成小块备用。

2.蒸制紫薯:
将紫薯块放入蒸锅,大火蒸约15分钟至熟软。

3.拌匀混合:
将蒸熟的紫薯压成粗泥,与泡好的糯米混合均匀,可加入少许白糖调味。

4.入锅蒸饭:
将混合好的糯米和紫薯放入蒸碗,加入适量清水,水量略低于米面,蒸约25分钟。

5.完成装盘:
糯米熟透后取出,稍微翻松,淋少许食用油拌匀,即可盛出食用。

Purple Sweet Potato Sticky Rice

Summary:
This is a soft and naturally sweet vegetarian staple, where purple sweet potato blends with glutinous rice to create a tender texture and vibrant color after steaming.

Ingredients:
Glutinous rice 300g (soaked for 4 hours)
Purple sweet potato 200g (peeled and diced)
Water as needed
Sugar 1 tbsp (optional)
Cooking oil a small amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Rinse the glutinous rice and soak for 4 hours. Peel and dice the purple sweet potato.

2.Steam sweet potato:
Place the diced purple sweet potato in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes until soft.

3.Mix together:
Mash the steamed sweet potato roughly and mix evenly with the soaked glutinous rice. Add sugar if desired.

4.Steam the rice:
Transfer the mixture into a steaming bowl, add water just below the surface of the rice, and steam for about 25 minutes.

5.Finish and serve:
Once fully cooked, loosen the rice gently, drizzle a small amount of oil, mix well, and serve.
