八宝饭

简介:

这是一道香甜软糯的传统斋食甜品,多种配料融合,口感丰富,寓意吉祥团圆。

材料:

糯米 300克(浸泡)
红枣 适量
莲子 适量
葡萄干 适量
红豆沙 100克
白糖 2汤匙
食用油 少许

做法:

1.准备食材:
糯米提前浸泡4小时,配料洗净备用。

2.蒸糯米:
将糯米蒸熟后趁热拌入白糖和少许油。

3.铺底造型:
碗底摆放红枣、莲子和葡萄干。

4.填充压实:
铺一层糯米,再加豆沙,再覆盖糯米压实。

5.蒸制定型:
上锅蒸20分钟,倒扣脱模即可食用。

Eight-Treasure Sticky Rice

Summary:

A traditional sweet dish with glutinous rice and assorted ingredients, offering a rich texture and symbolic meaning of unity.

Ingredients:

Glutinous rice 300g (soaked)
Red dates as needed
Lotus seeds as needed
Raisins as needed
Red bean paste 100g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cooking oil a little

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak glutinous rice for 4 hours, rinse all ingredients.

2.Steam rice:
Steam rice until cooked, then mix with sugar and a little oil.

3.Arrange base:
Place red dates, lotus seeds, and raisins at the bottom of a bowl.

4.Layer filling
Add a layer of rice, then bean paste, then more rice, pressing firmly.

5.Steam and serve
Steam for 20 minutes, invert onto a plate and serve.
