醋溜白菜

简介:

这是一道酸爽开胃的斋食快手菜,白菜脆嫩入味,醋香突出,简单翻炒即可完成。

材料:

白菜 300克(切片)
干辣椒 适量
米醋 2汤匙
生抽 1汤匙
糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
淀粉水 少许
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
白菜洗净切片,干辣椒剪段备用。

2.爆香调料:
热锅加油,放入干辣椒小火炒香。

3.快速翻炒:
加入白菜大火翻炒至稍软。

4.调味入味:
加入米醋、生抽、糖和盐,翻炒均匀。

5.勾芡出锅:
加入少许淀粉水收汁,快速翻匀后盛出。

Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Summary:

A tangy and appetizing dish with crisp cabbage quickly stir-fried in a balanced sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients:

Cabbage 300g (sliced)
Dried chili peppers as needed
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Starch water a little
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and slice cabbage, cut dried chilies.

2.Sauté aromatics:
Heat oil and stir-fry dried chilies until fragrant.

3.Stir-fry cabbage:
Add cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until slightly softened.

4.Season:
Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and salt, mix well.

5.Thicken and serve:
Add starch water to thicken slightly, stir and serve.
