慢炖莲藕汤

简介:

这是一道清润温和的斋食汤品,莲藕慢火炖煮后清甜绵润,汤色清透,滋味自然。

材料:

莲藕 400克(切块)
胡萝卜 100克(切块)
干香菇 4朵(泡发)
姜片 2片
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 1200毫升

做法:

1.准备食材:
莲藕去皮洗净切块,胡萝卜切块,香菇提前泡发并洗净备用。

2.焯水去杂:
锅中烧开水,放入莲藕块焯水1分钟,捞出沥干备用。

3.加入炖煮:
将莲藕、胡萝卜、香菇和姜片放入汤锅中,加入清水。

4.慢火炖煮:
大火煮沸后转小火慢炖约40分钟,使食材充分释放清甜。

5.调味完成:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉调味,搅拌均匀后即可盛出食用。

Slow-Simmered Lotus Root Soup

Summary:

This is a gentle and nourishing vegetarian soup, where lotus root is slowly simmered to release its natural sweetness into a clear and delicate broth.

Ingredients:

Lotus root 400g (cut into chunks)
Carrot 100g (cut into chunks)
Dried shiitake mushrooms 4 (soaked)
Ginger slices 2
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water 1200 ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and wash the lotus root, then cut into chunks. Cut the carrot into pieces and soak the dried shiitake mushrooms until softened.

2.Blanch lotus root:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the lotus root pieces for 1 minute, then drain.

3.Add to pot:
Place lotus root, carrot, mushrooms, and ginger slices into a soup pot and add water.

4.Slow simmer:
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

5.Season and serve:
Add salt and white pepper powder to taste, stir well, and serve hot.
