凉拌黄瓜腐竹

简介:

这是一道清爽开胃的斋食凉菜,黄瓜清脆爽口,腐竹柔韧入味,简单拌制即可呈现清香与层次口感。

材料:

黄瓜 2根(拍碎切段)
腐竹 80克(泡发后切段)
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
白糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
香油 1茶匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
腐竹提前用温水泡发至柔软,切成小段;黄瓜洗净后拍碎切段备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,放入腐竹焯水约1分钟,捞出沥干放凉。

3.调制料汁:
碗中加入生抽、米醋、白糖、盐和香油,搅拌均匀成调味汁。

4.混合拌匀:
将黄瓜和腐竹放入大碗中,倒入调味汁,充分拌匀。

5.完成装盘:
静置2分钟使食材入味后装盘,即可食用。

Cold Cucumber with Bean Curd Sticks

Summary:

This is a refreshing vegetarian cold dish where crisp cucumbers and tender bean curd sticks are lightly seasoned to create a balanced and appetizing flavor.

Ingredients:

Cucumber 2 (smashed and cut into sections)
Dried bean curd sticks 80g (soaked and cut)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak the dried bean curd sticks in warm water until softened, then cut into sections. Wash the cucumbers, smash lightly, and cut into pieces.

2.Blanch bean curd sticks:
Bring water to a boil, blanch the bean curd sticks for about 1 minute, then drain and let cool.

3.Make the sauce:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil. Mix well.

4.Toss together:
Place the cucumber and bean curd sticks in a large bowl, pour in the sauce, and mix thoroughly.

5.Finish and serve:
Let the dish sit for about 2 minutes to absorb the flavors, then transfer to a plate and serve.
