红枣发糕

简介:

这是一道松软香甜的传统斋食点心,红枣自然甘甜,发糕蓬松细腻,蒸制即可呈现温润口感。

材料:

中筋面粉 200克
红枣 80克(去核切碎)
温水 180毫升
酵母 3克
白糖 30克
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
红枣去核切碎备用,酵母用温水化开,静置片刻激活。

2.调制面糊:
将面粉、白糖混合,加入酵母水搅拌成顺滑面糊,再加入红枣碎拌匀。

3.发酵面糊:
将面糊倒入模具中,盖上保鲜膜,置于温暖处发酵约1小时至体积明显膨胀。

4.上锅蒸制:
水开后放入模具,中火蒸约25分钟。

5.完成装盘:
蒸熟后关火稍焖3分钟,取出脱模,切块即可食用。

Steamed Red Date Cake

Summary:

This is a soft and naturally sweet vegetarian dessert, where red dates add rich flavor and the cake achieves a fluffy texture through steaming.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour 200g
Red dates 80g (pitted and chopped)
Warm water 180 ml
Yeast 3g
Sugar 30g
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Pit and chop the red dates. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it activate.

2.Mix batter:
Combine flour and sugar, add yeast water, and stir into a smooth batter. Mix in chopped red dates evenly.

3.Ferment batter:
Pour the batter into a mold, cover, and let it ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour until it expands.

4.Steam:
Place the mold into a steamer once the water boils and steam over medium heat for about 25 minutes.

5.Finish and serve:
Turn off the heat, let it rest for 3 minutes, remove from the mold, slice, and serve.
