清炒西葫芦

简介:

这是一道清淡爽口的斋食家常菜,西葫芦水润鲜嫩,快炒即可保留其自然清甜与清香。

材料:

西葫芦 300克(切片)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
西葫芦洗净后切成薄片,保持厚薄均匀。

2.热锅起油:
锅中加热食用油,油温微热即可。

3.快速翻炒:
放入西葫芦片,大火快速翻炒约1分钟,使其略微变软但仍保持清脆。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
西葫芦微微出水、色泽明亮后关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Zucchini

Summary:

This is a light and refreshing vegetarian dish, where zucchini is quickly stir-fried to retain its natural juiciness, mild sweetness, and delicate flavor.

Ingredients:

Zucchini 300g (sliced)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the zucchini and slice it evenly into thin pieces.

2.Heat the oil:
Heat cooking oil in a pan until lightly warm.

3.Quick stir-fry:
Add the zucchini slices and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute until slightly softened but still crisp.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, and stir well to combine.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the zucchini releases slight moisture and appears glossy, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
