九层塔炒芽菜

简介:

这是一道清香开胃的斋食小炒,九层塔香气浓郁,芽菜脆嫩爽口,简单快炒即成风味。

材料:

芽菜 200克(洗净沥干)
九层塔 30克(摘叶)
酱油 1汤匙
糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
芽菜洗净沥干水分,九层塔摘取叶片备用。

2.热锅处理:
热锅加入食用油,中火加热至微微冒烟。

3.翻炒芽菜:
放入芽菜快速翻炒约1分钟,使其水分略微收干。

4.加入调味:
加入酱油、糖、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀入味。

5.加入九层塔:
放入九层塔叶,快速翻炒约20秒,使香气释放。

6.完成装盘:
食材混合均匀后关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Sprouts with Thai Basil

Summary:

This is a fragrant and appetizing vegetarian stir-fry, combining aromatic Thai basil with crisp sprouts for a simple yet flavorful dish.

Ingredients:

Sprouts 200g (washed and drained)
Thai basil 30g (leaves picked)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and drain the sprouts. Pick the leaves from the Thai basil and set aside.

2.Heat the pan:
Add cooking oil to a pan and heat over medium heat until slightly hot.

3.Stir-fry sprouts:
Add the sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 minute until slightly wilted and moisture reduced.

4.Season:
Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to combine.

5.Add Thai basil:
Toss in the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for about 20 seconds to release aroma.

6.Finish and serve:
Once evenly mixed, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
