番茄蔬菜汤

简介:

这是一道酸甜开胃的斋食汤品,番茄鲜香浓郁,多种蔬菜融合,简单炖煮即可呈现自然清甜。

材料:

番茄 300克(切块)
胡萝卜 80克(切片)
玉米粒 50克
土豆 100克(切块)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 800毫升
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
番茄洗净切块,胡萝卜切片,土豆去皮切块,玉米粒洗净备用。

2.炒香番茄:
热锅加油,放入番茄中火翻炒至出汁,形成浓郁汤底。

3.加入蔬菜:
放入胡萝卜、土豆和玉米粒,翻炒均匀约1分钟。

4.加水炖煮:
倒入清水,大火煮开后转中小火炖煮15分钟至蔬菜熟软。

5.调味完成:
加入盐和白胡椒粉调味,搅拌均匀后关火,即可盛出食用。

Tomato Vegetable Soup

Summary:

This is a tangy and appetizing vegetarian soup, combining rich tomato flavor with mixed vegetables, gently simmered to bring out natural sweetness.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes 300g (cut into chunks)
Carrot 80g (sliced)
Corn kernels 50g
Potato 100g (cut into chunks)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water 800 ml
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut tomatoes into chunks, slice the carrot, peel and cube the potato, and rinse the corn kernels.

2.Cook tomatoes:
Heat oil in a pot, add tomatoes, and stir-fry over medium heat until they release juice and form a rich base.

3.Add vegetables:
Add carrot, potato, and corn kernels, stir evenly for about 1 minute.

4.Simmer:
Pour in water, bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.

5.Season and serve:
Add salt and white pepper powder, mix well, turn off the heat, and serve.
