菠菜 200克
生姜 10克(磨汁)
盐 适量
香油 少许
做法:
1.准备食材:
菠菜洗净,生姜磨成汁备用。
2.焯水处理:
锅中烧水,放入菠菜焯水30秒后捞出过冷水。
3.挤干水分:
将菠菜挤干水分,切段装盘。
4.调制姜汁:
将姜汁与盐、香油混合均匀。
5.拌匀食用:
将姜汁淋在菠菜上拌匀即可。

Spinach with Ginger Sauce

A refreshing vegetarian cold dish featuring tender spinach enhanced with aromatic ginger sauce.
Ingredients:
Spinach 200g
Ginger 10g (juiced)
Salt to taste
Sesame oil a little
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash spinach and extract ginger juice.
2.Blanch spinach:
Boil water, blanch spinach for 30 seconds, then cool in cold water.
3.Drain and cut:
Squeeze out excess water, cut into sections, and plate.
4.Make sauce:
Mix ginger juice with salt and sesame oil.
5.Combine and serve:
Pour sauce over spinach and mix well.
