白萝卜炖素丸子
简介:
这是一道温润清香的斋食家常菜,白萝卜软糯入味,素丸子鲜香弹嫩,慢炖释放自然甘甜。
材料:
白萝卜 300克(切块)
素丸子 200克
姜片 2片
生抽 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 适量
食用油 1汤匙
做法:
1.准备食材:
白萝卜去皮切块,素丸子备用。
2.煸香基础:
热锅加油,放入姜片略微煸香。
3.加入炖煮:
放入白萝卜翻炒片刻,加入适量清水煮开。
4.放入丸子:
加入素丸子,转中小火炖煮10分钟。
5.调味完成:
加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉调味,稍收汁后关火盛出。

Braised White Radish with Vegetarian Meatballs
Summary:
A comforting vegetarian dish where tender radish and savory meatballs are gently simmered to release natural sweetness.
Ingredients:
White radish 300g (chunked)
Vegetarian meatballs 200g
Ginger slices 2
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water as needed
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut the radish into chunks. Set aside vegetarian meatballs.
2.Sauté base:
Heat oil and lightly sauté ginger slices.
3.Simmer radish:
Add radish and stir briefly, then pour in water and bring to a boil.
4.Add meatballs:
Add vegetarian meatballs and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
5.Season and finish:
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, simmer slightly, then serve.
