照烧海苔豆腐

简介:

这是一道咸甜浓郁的斋食小菜,豆腐外酥内嫩,海苔增添鲜香,照烧风味层次丰富。

材料:

北豆腐 300克(切块)
海苔 适量(剪片)
生抽 1汤匙
糖 1汤匙
清水 2汤匙
淀粉 适量
食用油 2汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
豆腐切块,用厨房纸吸干水分,表面轻裹淀粉。

2.煎制豆腐:
热锅加油,将豆腐煎至四面金黄后盛出。

3.调制酱汁:
锅中加入生抽、糖和清水,小火加热至微沸。

4.裹酱入味:
放入豆腐翻炒,使其均匀裹上酱汁。

5.加入海苔:
撒入海苔片略翻即可出锅装盘。

Teriyaki Seaweed Tofu

Summary:

A savory-sweet dish with crispy tofu and aromatic seaweed, coated in a rich teriyaki-style glaze.

Ingredients:

Firm tofu 300g (cubed)
Seaweed sheets (cut)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Starch as needed
Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Cut tofu into cubes, pat dry, and lightly coat with starch.

2.Pan-fry tofu:
Heat oil and fry tofu until golden on all sides, then set aside.

3.Make sauce:
Add soy sauce, sugar, and water to the pan, heat until slightly bubbling.

4.Coat tofu:
Return tofu and toss to coat evenly with sauce.

5.Add seaweed:
Sprinkle seaweed pieces, mix briefly, and serve.
