无需努力的自然空寂状态
当修行逐渐成熟,心不再刻意追求安静、清明或特殊体验,反而在不造作中显现出本然的空寂与觉知。这种状态并非由努力制造,也非通过压制心念而获得,而是在放下控制与企图之后,自然显露的清醒与安住。它不是某种固定境界,而是一种不依赖条件的敞开与自在。
一、正确理解自然空寂:非造作、非获得的觉醒状态
1.自然空寂不是刻意追求的结果
它并非通过集中、压制或调整心念而形成,而是在停止制造经验之后,自然呈现的状态。越是试图“达到”,越容易偏离。
2.空寂并不等同于空白或麻木
此处的空,并非失去知觉,而是无执无碍;寂,并非停滞,而是清明安住。觉知在其中自然流动。
3.无需努力并非放逸或懈怠
无为并不是散乱或失念,而是不再以意志干预心的自然运作。觉知清楚而不紧绷。
二、为何努力反而成为障碍?
1.用力本身是一种执取
一切想要改变、修正、控制当下状态的用心,都会在心中制造对立。
2.追求境界加深分裂
当心将某种体验设为目标,便在“此刻”与“应当如此”之间产生距离。
3.努力强化了“修行者”的概念
不断想要进步与达成,会巩固一个需要修正的“我”,反而遮蔽本然状态。
4.抗拒现前经验制造紧张
想排除杂念或不适,往往使心更加用力与封闭。
三、如何让自然空寂显现?
1.完全允许当下如是
不修正、不改善、不选择,只是让一切如其所是地出现。
2.放下对状态的判断
不将经验分为好坏、高低、深浅,觉知因此恢复开放。
3.觉知而不干预
清楚地知道正在发生什么,却不插手、不操控、不评论。
4.信任觉知本身的稳定性
不依赖方法或技巧,相信觉知不需被制造。
四、自然空寂中的身心状态转变
1.身心放松却不松散
没有刻意维持姿态,却自然稳定、舒展。
2.念头出现而不扰动
思维如影如响,来去自如,不再牵引注意。
3.情绪升起而不黏着
感受被完整觉察,却不形成持续反应。
4.觉知清醒而无中心
没有一个操作者,只有明亮的知。
五、将自然空寂融入日常生活
1.不刻意进入或维持
无需切换状态,觉知本身已在。
2.动静皆不离空寂
行住坐卧之中,觉知同样敞开。
3.不以体验作为标准
不衡量深浅、久暂,只看是否清明自在。
4.让生活成为修行的展开
当不再刻意修行,生活本身即是修行。

无需努力的自然空寂,并非修行的终点或成就,而是放下造作后本然显现的清明与安住。当心不再试图成为别的样子,觉知便自然敞开,自在无碍。

The Naturally Empty and Tranquil State That Requires No Effort
As practice matures, the mind no longer seeks silence, clarity, or special experiences. Instead, a natural emptiness and quiet awareness reveal themselves without fabrication. This state is not produced through effort, nor attained by suppressing thought, but appears spontaneously when control and striving are released. It is not a fixed condition, but an open and uncontrived presence independent of circumstances.
1. Understanding Natural Emptiness and Tranquility: A Non-Fabricated Awakening
1.This state is not achieved through effort
It does not arise from concentration or manipulation, but from ceasing to manufacture experience. The more one tries to attain it, the further it recedes.
2.Emptiness does not mean blankness or numbness
Emptiness here is freedom from fixation, not absence of awareness. Tranquility is clarity without disturbance, not stagnation.
3.Effortlessness is not negligence
Non-doing does not imply distraction. Awareness remains clear, relaxed, and unforced.
2. Why Effort Becomes an Obstacle
1.Effort itself is a form of grasping
Any attempt to alter the present introduces tension and duality.
2.Chasing states deepens division
Setting an ideal creates distance between what is and what should be.
3.Striving reinforces a practicing self
The drive to improve solidifies an identity that obscures natural awareness.
4.Resisting experience creates strain
Suppressing thoughts or sensations tightens the mind rather than freeing it.
3. Allowing Natural Emptiness to Reveal Itself
1.Fully allowing what is present
No correction, no improvement—experience unfolds as it is.
2.Releasing judgment of states
When experience is not ranked, awareness remains open.
3.Aware without interference
Knowing what arises without manipulation or commentary.
4.Trusting awareness itself
No method is required; awareness does not need to be produced.
4. Transformations of Body and Mind Within Natural Emptiness
1.Relaxed yet stable embodiment
The body settles naturally without deliberate control.
2.Thoughts arise without disturbance
Mental activity flows freely, no longer capturing attention.
3.Emotions arise without clinging
Feelings are fully known but do not crystallize into reaction.
4.Clear awareness without a center
No controller remains—only luminous knowing.
5. Integrating Natural Emptiness into Daily Life
1.No deliberate entry or maintenance
There is no state to switch into; awareness is already present.
2.Stillness and movement are not separate
Walking, standing, sitting, and lying down all occur within openness.
3.No reliance on experience as a measure
Depth and duration are irrelevant; clarity and ease are key.
4.Life itself unfolds as practice
When striving ends, living becomes meditation.
