清炒四季豆

简介:

这是一道清淡爽口的斋食家常菜,四季豆鲜嫩翠绿,简单快炒即可保留自然清香与脆感。

材料:

四季豆 300克(去筋掰段)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
四季豆洗净,去除两侧筋络,掰成适口段备用。

2.焯水定色:
锅中烧开水,加入少量盐,将四季豆焯水约2分钟至断生,捞出沥干。

3.热锅快炒:
热锅加油,放入四季豆,中火翻炒约1分钟。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
四季豆熟透且色泽翠绿时关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Green Beans

Summary:

This is a light and refreshing vegetarian dish, featuring tender green beans quickly stir-fried to preserve their natural flavor and crisp texture.

Ingredients:

Green beans 300g (trimmed and cut)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the green beans, remove the strings, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2.Blanch briefly:
Bring water to a boil, add a little salt, blanch the green beans for about 2 minutes until just cooked, then drain.

3.Quick stir-fry:
Heat oil in a pan, add the green beans, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stirring evenly.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the beans are fully cooked and bright green, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
