红豆糙米饭

简介:

这是一道质朴温和的斋食主食,红豆绵软香甜,糙米颗粒分明,蒸煮后口感饱满且富有营养。

材料:

糙米 150克(淘洗)
红豆 80克(提前浸泡)
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
糙米淘洗干净,红豆提前浸泡4小时以上,沥干备用。

2.混合浸润:
将糙米与红豆混合,加入适量清水,静置浸泡约30分钟。

3.开始蒸煮:
将混合好的米和豆放入电饭锅或蒸锅中,加入适量清水(约高出食材1-1.5厘米)。

4.焖煮成熟:
按下煮饭键或用中火蒸煮约40分钟,至糙米与红豆完全熟软。

5.完成松饭:
煮好后焖10分钟,用饭勺轻轻翻松,即可盛出食用。

Red Bean Brown Rice

Summary:

This is a simple and nourishing vegetarian staple, where soft red beans and chewy brown rice combine to create a wholesome and satisfying texture.

Ingredients:

Brown rice 150g (rinsed)
Red beans 80g (soaked in advance)
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Rinse the brown rice thoroughly. Soak the red beans for at least 4 hours, then drain.

2.Soak together:
Combine the brown rice and red beans, add water, and let soak for about 30 minutes.

3.Start cooking:
Transfer the mixture into a rice cooker or steamer, add enough water (about 1–1.5 cm above the ingredients).

4.Cook until done:
Cook using the rice setting or steam over medium heat for about 40 minutes until fully tender.

5.Finish and fluff:
Let it rest for 10 minutes after cooking, then gently fluff and serve.
