绿豆百合粥

简介:

这是一道清润解暑的斋食粥品,绿豆清热降火,百合养阴润燥,温和易消化。

材料:

绿豆 80克(浸泡2小时)
大米 100克
鲜百合 80克(掰片)
清水 1000毫升
冰糖 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
绿豆提前浸泡2小时,大米洗净,百合掰片后洗净备用。

2.煮制底粥:
锅中加入清水,放入绿豆和大米,大火煮开后转小火煮20分钟。

3.加入百合:
待绿豆微开花时,加入百合继续煮10分钟。

4.调味融合:
加入适量冰糖,搅拌至完全溶化。

5.完成食用:
粥体浓稠顺滑后关火,稍微放温即可食用。

Mung Bean and Lily Bulb Congee

Summary:

This is a cooling and nourishing vegetarian porridge, where mung beans help clear heat and lily bulbs moisten dryness, making it gentle and easy to digest.

Ingredients:

Mung beans 80g (soaked for 2 hours)
Rice 100g
Fresh lily bulbs 80g (separated into petals)
Water 1000 ml
Rock sugar to taste

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak mung beans for 2 hours, wash the rice, and separate and rinse the lily bulbs.

2.Cook base porridge:
Add water, mung beans, and rice into a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

3.Add lily bulbs:
When the mung beans begin to split, add lily bulbs and cook for another 10 minutes.

4.Season:
Add rock sugar and stir until fully dissolved.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the porridge becomes thick and smooth, turn off the heat and serve warm.
