凉拌素鸡丝

简介:

这是一道清爽开胃的斋食凉菜,素鸡丝细嫩入味,口感清香爽口,简单调拌即可呈现层次风味。

材料:

素鸡 200克(切丝)
黄瓜 80克(切丝)
胡萝卜 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
白糖 1茶匙
香油 1茶匙
盐 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
素鸡切成细丝,黄瓜与胡萝卜洗净后切丝备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,将素鸡丝快速焯水约30秒,捞出沥干放凉。

3.调制料汁:
将生抽、米醋、白糖、盐与香油混合,搅拌均匀成调味汁。

4.拌匀入味:
将素鸡丝、黄瓜丝与胡萝卜丝放入碗中,倒入料汁,拌匀。

5.完成装盘:
静置2分钟入味后装盘,即可食用。

Cold Tossed Shredded Vegetarian Chicken

Summary:

This is a refreshing and appetizing vegetarian cold dish, featuring tender shredded vegetarian chicken with a light and balanced flavor, easily prepared with simple seasoning.

Ingredients:

Vegetarian chicken 200g (shredded)
Cucumber 80g (shredded)
Carrot 50g (shredded)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Shred the vegetarian chicken. Wash and shred the cucumber and carrot.

2.Blanch briefly:
Bring water to a boil, blanch the shredded vegetarian chicken for about 30 seconds, then drain and cool.

3.Make sauce:
Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil to form a dressing.

4.Toss evenly:
Combine the vegetarian chicken, cucumber, and carrot in a bowl, pour in the sauce, and mix well.

5.Finish and serve:
Let sit for 2 minutes to absorb flavors, then plate and serve.
