香煎玉米饼

简介:

这是一道外酥内软的斋食点心,玉米香甜自然,简单煎制即可呈现浓郁谷物风味。

材料:

玉米粒 200克
玉米淀粉 50克
面粉 50克
白糖 1汤匙
盐 少许
清水 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
玉米粒洗净沥干,可轻微压碎一部分以增加粘性。

2.调制面糊:
将玉米粒、玉米淀粉、面粉、白糖和盐混合,加入适量清水搅拌成浓稠面糊。

3.加热锅具:
平底锅加热,倒入少量食用油,均匀铺开。

4.煎制玉米饼:
舀入适量面糊摊成小饼,中小火慢煎至底部金黄定型后翻面。

5.完成装盘:
两面煎至金黄酥香后盛出,稍凉即可食用。

Pan-Fried Corn Cakes

Summary:

This is a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside vegetarian snack, where sweet corn flavor is enhanced through simple pan-frying.

Ingredients:

Corn kernels 200g
Corn starch 50g
Flour 50g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Water as needed
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and drain the corn kernels. Lightly crush some kernels to improve texture and binding.

2.Make the batter:
Mix corn kernels, corn starch, flour, sugar, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.

3.Heat the pan:
Heat a flat pan and add a small amount of cooking oil, spreading evenly.

4.Pan-fry the cakes:
Spoon the batter into the pan and shape into small cakes. Cook over medium-low heat until golden, then flip.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook both sides until golden and crisp, remove from pan, and serve warm.
