清炒菜心

简介:

这是一道清淡爽口的斋食家常菜,菜心鲜嫩多汁,通过简单快炒突出其自然清甜。

材料:

菜心 300克(洗净切段)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
菜心洗净后切成段,沥干水分备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,加入少量盐和几滴油,将菜心焯水约30秒后捞出沥干。

3.热锅快炒:
热锅加入食用油,中火放入菜心快速翻炒约1分钟。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,继续翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
菜心变得鲜绿油亮后关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Choy Sum

Summary:

This is a light and refreshing vegetarian dish, featuring tender and juicy choy sum, quickly stir-fried to enhance its natural sweetness.

Ingredients:

Choy sum 300g (washed and cut into sections)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the choy sum, cut into sections, and drain well.

2.Blanch briefly:
Bring water to a boil, add a little salt and oil, blanch the choy sum for about 30 seconds, then drain.

3.Quick stir-fry:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add the choy sum, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stirring well to combine.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the choy sum is bright green and tender, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
