素炖山药

简介:

这是一道温润滋养的斋食家常菜,山药软糯清甜,慢炖入味,口感细腻自然。

材料:

山药 300克(去皮切段)
胡萝卜 80克(切块)
香菇 3朵(泡发切块)
姜片 2片
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 500毫升

做法:

1.准备食材:
山药去皮切段,胡萝卜切块,香菇泡发后切块,姜切片备用。

2.焯水处理:
山药入沸水中焯水1分钟,捞出备用,去除表面黏液。

3.入锅炖煮:
锅中加入清水,放入山药、胡萝卜、香菇和姜片,大火煮开后转小火炖15分钟。

4.调味融合:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,继续炖煮5分钟使其入味。

5.完成装盘:
食材软烂、汤汁清润后关火,盛出即可食用。

Braised Chinese Yam (Vegetarian)

Summary:

This is a nourishing vegetarian dish, featuring soft and mildly sweet Chinese yam, slowly simmered to achieve a delicate and comforting flavor.

Ingredients:

Chinese yam 300g (peeled and cut into chunks)
Carrot 80g (cut into pieces)
Dried shiitake mushrooms 3 (soaked and cut)
Ginger slices 2
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water 500 ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut the Chinese yam into sections, chop the carrot, soak and cut the mushrooms, and slice the ginger.

2.Blanch yam:
Blanch the yam in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and set aside to reduce sliminess.

3.Simmer:
Add water to a pot, then add yam, carrot, mushrooms, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, continue simmering for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the ingredients are tender and the broth is clear, turn off the heat and serve.
