凉拌藕片

简介:

这是一道清爽开胃的斋食凉菜,藕片脆爽多汁,酸咸适口,简单调拌即可呈现清新口感。

材料:

莲藕 300克(切薄片)
米醋 2汤匙
生抽 1汤匙
白糖 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
香油 1茶匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
莲藕去皮切成薄片,放入清水中浸泡以防变色。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,放入藕片焯水约1分钟,捞出后立即过冷水,沥干备用。

3.调制酱汁:
将米醋、生抽、白糖、盐和白胡椒粉混合,搅拌至糖溶解。

4.拌匀入味:
将藕片放入大碗中,倒入调好的酱汁,加入香油,拌匀。

5.完成装盘:
静置片刻入味后装盘,即可食用。

Cold Tossed Lotus Root Slices

Summary:

This is a refreshing vegetarian cold dish, featuring crisp lotus root slices with a balanced sweet and sour flavor, simply mixed for a clean taste.

Ingredients:

Lotus root 300g (thinly sliced)
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and slice the lotus root thinly, then soak in water to prevent discoloration.

2.Blanch:
Bring water to a boil, blanch the lotus root slices for about 1 minute, then transfer to cold water and drain.

3.Make sauce:
Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper powder until the sugar dissolves.

4.Toss and mix:
Place the lotus root slices in a bowl, add the sauce and sesame oil, and toss well.

5.Finish and serve:
Let sit briefly to absorb flavors, then plate and serve.
