芹菜炒香干

简介:

这是一道清香爽口的斋食家常菜,芹菜脆嫩清新,香干咸香入味,快炒即可呈现层次口感。

材料:

芹菜 200克(切段)
香干 150克(切条)
生抽 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
芹菜洗净切段,香干切成细条备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,将芹菜焯水约30秒,捞出沥干。

3.热锅煸炒:
热锅加油,放入香干中火翻炒1分钟,至表面微微金黄。

4.加入芹菜:
倒入芹菜,与香干一同快速翻炒约1分钟。

5.调味出锅:
加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀后关火,盛出即可。

Stir-Fried Celery with Dried Tofu

Summary:

This is a fragrant and refreshing vegetarian dish, combining crisp celery with savory dried tofu, quickly stir-fried for a balanced texture.

Ingredients:

Celery 200g (cut into sections)
Dried tofu 150g (cut into strips)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut the celery into sections. Slice the dried tofu into thin strips.

2.Blanch celery:
Bring water to a boil, blanch the celery for about 30 seconds, then drain.

3.Stir-fry tofu:
Heat oil in a pan, add dried tofu, and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute until slightly golden.

4.Add celery:
Add the celery and stir-fry together for about 1 minute.

5.Season and serve:
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder, stir evenly, then turn off heat and serve.
