咖喱土豆饭
简介:
这是一道香气浓郁的斋食主食,咖喱与土豆软糯融合,搭配米饭带来温和而饱满的口感。
材料:
大米 200克(洗净)
土豆 300克(去皮切块)
胡萝卜 80克(切块)
咖喱块 2块
盐 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
大米洗净备用,土豆去皮切块,胡萝卜切块。
2.翻炒配料:
热锅加油,放入土豆和胡萝卜中火翻炒约2分钟。
3.加入咖喱:
加入适量清水没过食材,放入咖喱块,小火煮至土豆变软。
4.合入米饭:
将洗净的大米加入锅中,搅拌均匀,调整水量。
5.焖煮完成:
转小火焖煮至米饭熟透,收汁后关火,稍焖片刻即可食用。

Curry Potato Rice
Summary:
This is a rich and aromatic vegetarian staple, where curry and soft potatoes blend perfectly with rice for a warm and satisfying taste.
Ingredients:
Rice 200g (washed)
Potatoes 300g (peeled and diced)
Carrot 80g (diced)
Curry cubes 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the rice. Peel and dice the potatoes, and cut the carrot into pieces.
2.Stir-fry vegetables:
Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes and carrot, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
3.Add curry:
Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, add curry cubes, and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
4.Combine with rice:
Add the washed rice into the pot, mix well, and adjust the water level.
5.Cook and finish:
Simmer on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid is absorbed. Turn off the heat and let it rest briefly before serving.
