藜麦水果沙拉

简介:

这是一道清新营养的斋食沙拉,藜麦富含蛋白质,搭配多种水果带来清甜与丰富口感。

材料:

藜麦 100克
苹果 100克(切丁)
香蕉 1根(切片)
蓝莓 50克
黄瓜 50克(切丁)
蜂蜜 1汤匙
柠檬汁 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
藜麦提前用清水冲洗干净,水果洗净切好备用。

2.煮熟藜麦:
将藜麦加水煮熟(约15分钟),捞出沥干,放凉备用。

3.混合食材:
将藜麦与所有水果、黄瓜放入大碗中。

4.调味拌匀:
加入蜂蜜和柠檬汁,轻轻翻拌均匀。

5.完成装盘:
拌匀后装盘,可冷藏片刻后食用风味更佳。

Quinoa Fruit Salad

Summary:

This is a fresh and nutritious vegetarian salad, combining protein-rich quinoa with assorted fruits for a naturally sweet and refreshing taste.

Ingredients:

Quinoa 100g
Apple 100g (diced)
Banana 1 (sliced)
Blueberries 50g
Cucumber 50g (diced)
Honey 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly. Wash and cut all fruits and cucumber.

2.Cook quinoa:
Boil quinoa in water for about 15 minutes, then drain and let it cool.

3.Combine ingredients:
Place quinoa, fruits, and cucumber into a large bowl.

4.Season and mix:
Add honey and lemon juice, and gently toss to combine.

5.Finish and serve:
Transfer to a plate. Chill briefly for better flavor if desired.
