银耳雪梨汤
简介:
这是一道清润滋养的斋食甜汤,银耳柔滑润口,雪梨清甜多汁,小火慢煮释放自然甘甜。
材料:
干银耳 20克(泡发撕小朵)
雪梨 1个(去皮切块)
红枣 4枚(去核)
冰糖 适量
清水 800毫升
做法:
1.准备食材:
银耳提前泡发后撕成小朵,雪梨去皮切块,红枣洗净去核备用。
2.炖煮银耳:
锅中加入清水和银耳,大火煮沸后转小火炖煮20分钟至微微出胶。
3.加入配料:
放入雪梨块和红枣,继续小火炖煮15分钟。
4.调味融糖:
加入适量冰糖,搅拌至完全融化。
5.完成盛出:
汤色微润、口感顺滑后关火,稍凉后即可食用。

Tremella and Snow Pear Soup
Summary:
This is a nourishing and soothing dessert soup, featuring silky tremella and juicy snow pear, gently simmered to release natural sweetness.
Ingredients:
Dried tremella 20g (soaked and torn into small pieces)
Snow pear 1 (peeled and cut into chunks)
Red dates 4 (pitted)
Rock sugar to taste
Water 800 ml
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak the tremella and tear into small pieces. Peel and cut the snow pear into chunks. Wash and pit the red dates.
2.Simmer tremella:
Add water and tremella to a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until slightly gelatinous.
3.Add ingredients:
Add the snow pear and red dates, continue simmering for 15 minutes.
4.Sweeten:
Add rock sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
5.Finish and serve:
Once the soup becomes slightly thick and smooth, turn off the heat and serve warm or cooled.
