素蚝油生菜

简介:

这是一道清淡爽口的斋食家常菜,生菜鲜嫩多汁,搭配素蚝油提鲜,简单快做又不失风味。

材料:

生菜 300克(整片洗净)
素蚝油 1汤匙
生抽 1茶匙
白糖 0.5茶匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
生菜洗净沥干水分,保持整片备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,加入少许盐和几滴油,将生菜快速焯水约20秒,捞出沥干后摆盘。

3.调制酱汁:
碗中加入素蚝油、生抽、白糖和少量清水,搅拌均匀。

4.加热淋汁:
锅中加少量油,将调好的酱汁加热至微微冒泡。

5.完成装盘:
将热酱汁均匀淋在生菜上,撒少许白胡椒粉即可食用。

Lettuce with Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

Summary:

This is a light and refreshing vegetarian dish, featuring tender lettuce enhanced with savory vegetarian oyster sauce, simple yet flavorful.

Ingredients:

Lettuce 300g (whole leaves)
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the lettuce thoroughly, drain well, and keep the leaves whole.

2.Blanch lettuce:
Bring water to a boil, add a little salt and oil, blanch the lettuce for about 20 seconds, then drain and arrange on a plate.

3.Make sauce:
In a bowl, mix vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and a small amount of water until well combined.

4.Heat sauce:
Heat a little oil in a pan, pour in the sauce, and cook until slightly bubbling.

5.Finish and serve:
Pour the hot sauce evenly over the lettuce, sprinkle a little white pepper powder, and serve immediately.
