鸡丝凉面(素)

简介:

这是一道清爽开胃的斋食凉面,以素鸡丝搭配爽滑面条,口感丰富清新。

材料:

面条 200克(煮熟过冷水)
素鸡 100克(撕丝)
黄瓜 80克(切丝)
胡萝卜 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
白糖 0.5汤匙
香油 0.5汤匙
盐 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
面条煮熟后过冷水沥干,素鸡撕丝,黄瓜和胡萝卜切丝。

2.调制酱汁:
将生抽、米醋、白糖、盐和香油混合搅匀。

3.混合配料:
将面条放入碗中,加入素鸡丝和蔬菜丝。

4.拌匀入味:
倒入调好的酱汁,充分拌匀。

5.完成食用:
静置片刻入味后即可食用。

Vegetarian “Chicken” Shredded Cold Noodles

Summary:

A refreshing cold noodle dish with plant-based shredded “chicken” and crisp vegetables, tossed in a light savory sauce.

Ingredients:

Noodles 200g (cooked and cooled)
Vegetarian chicken 100g (shredded)
Cucumber 80g (julienned)
Carrot 50g (julienned)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp
Sesame oil 0.5 tbsp
Salt to taste

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Cook noodles, rinse with cold water, and drain. Shred vegetarian chicken, slice vegetables.

2.Make sauce:
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil.

3.Combine:
Place noodles in a bowl, add toppings.

4.Mix well:
Pour sauce and toss thoroughly.

5.Serve:
Let sit briefly, then serve.
