丝瓜烧毛豆
简介:
这是一道清甜软嫩的斋食家常菜,丝瓜滑润,毛豆清香,口感温和自然。
材料:
丝瓜 300克(去皮切块)
毛豆 100克(去壳)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
丝瓜去皮切块,毛豆洗净备用。
2.焯水处理:
毛豆入沸水焯约2分钟,捞出备用。
3.热锅翻炒:
锅中加油,放入丝瓜翻炒至稍软。
4.加入毛豆:
加入毛豆和少量清水,中火烧煮2分钟。
5.调味出锅:
加入盐和白胡椒粉,翻匀后收汁装盘。

Braised Loofah with Edamame
Summary:
A mild and naturally sweet vegetarian dish with tender loofah and fragrant edamame, gently cooked for a soft texture.
Ingredients:
Loofah 300g (peeled and cut)
Edamame 100g (shelled)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut loofah, wash edamame.
2.Blanch edamame:
Boil edamame for 2 minutes, then set aside.
3.Stir-fry loofah:
Heat oil, cook loofah until slightly soft.
4.Add edamame:
Add edamame and a little water, simmer for 2 minutes.
5.Season and serve:
Add salt and white pepper, reduce sauce, and serve.
