什锦素暖锅

简介:

这是一道营养丰富的斋食暖锅,多种蔬菜搭配,汤味清鲜温润。

材料:

白菜 150克
胡萝卜 50克(切片)
豆腐 100克(切块)
香菇 50克(切片)
粉丝 50克(泡软)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
所有蔬菜清洗干净并切好,粉丝提前泡软。

2.加水加热:
锅中加入清水,放入香菇先煮出香味。

3.加入主料:
依次加入白菜、胡萝卜、豆腐煮至断生。

4.调味煮制:
加入盐和白胡椒粉调味,放入粉丝继续煮。

5.完成食用:
食材熟透后即可关火食用。

Assorted Vegetarian Hot Pot

Summary:

A nourishing vegetarian hot pot with a variety of vegetables in a light and comforting broth.

Ingredients:

Chinese cabbage 150g
Carrot 50g (sliced)
Tofu 100g (cubed)
Mushrooms 50g (sliced)
Vermicelli 50g (soaked)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut all vegetables, soak vermicelli.

2.Heat water:
Add water to a pot and simmer mushrooms first for flavor.

3.Add main ingredients:
Add cabbage, carrot, and tofu, cook until just tender.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper, then add vermicelli and cook further.

5.Finish and serve:
Once fully cooked, turn off heat and serve.
