糖醋素里脊

简介:

这是一道酸甜开胃的斋食菜肴,外酥里嫩,酸甜平衡,口感层次丰富。

材料:

素里脊 200克
番茄酱 2汤匙
米醋 1.5汤匙
白糖 1.5汤匙
淀粉 适量
盐 少许
食用油 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
素里脊切条,均匀裹上淀粉备用。

2.炸制定型:
热油中放入素里脊,中火炸至表面金黄酥脆,捞出控油。

3.调制糖醋汁:
将番茄酱、米醋、白糖、少许盐混合均匀。

4.翻炒入味:
锅中留少许油,倒入糖醋汁,小火加热至略浓。

5.裹汁出锅:
加入炸好的素里脊翻炒均匀,出锅装盘。

Sweet and Sour Vegetarian “Tenderloin”

Summary:

A tangy and appetizing vegetarian dish with a crispy exterior and balanced sweet-sour flavor.

Ingredients:

Vegetarian tenderloin 200g
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1.5 tbsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Starch as needed
Salt a little
Cooking oil as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Cut vegetarian tenderloin into strips and coat with starch.

2.Deep-fry:
Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden and crispy, then drain.

3.Mix sauce:
Combine ketchup, rice vinegar, sugar, and a little salt.

4.Cook sauce:
Heat a little oil, pour in the sauce, and simmer until slightly thickened.

5.Combine and serve:
Add fried pieces, toss evenly, then serve.
