养生杂粮粥

简介:

这是一道温和滋养的斋食粥品,多种杂粮融合,口感绵软顺滑,适合日常调养。

材料:

大米 50克
小米 30克
燕麦 20克
红豆 20克(提前浸泡)
莲子 15克(去芯)
水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
将大米、小米、燕麦洗净,红豆提前浸泡,莲子处理干净备用。

2.加水煮制:
所有食材放入锅中,加入适量清水。

3.小火慢煮:
大火煮开后转小火,慢煮40分钟至杂粮软烂。

4.搅拌均匀:
期间适当搅拌,防止粘锅,使粥更加顺滑。

5.完成食用:
粥体浓稠后即可关火盛出。

Healthy Mixed Grain Porridge

Summary:

A nourishing vegetarian porridge combining various grains, offering a soft texture and gentle, wholesome flavor.

Ingredients:

Rice 50g
Millet 30g
Oats 20g
Red beans 20g (soaked)
Lotus seeds 15g (cored)
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash rice, millet, and oats. Soak red beans in advance and prepare lotus seeds.

2.Add water:
Place all ingredients into a pot and add sufficient water.

3.Simmer slowly:
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook for 40 minutes until soft.

4.Stir occasionally:
Stir to prevent sticking and improve texture.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook until thickened, then serve.
