简介:
这是一道外酥里软、酸甜可口的素食小吃,地瓜炸至金黄后裹上甘梅粉,口感香脆,带有独特的梅子风味,是解馋又健康的零食。
材料:
红心地瓜(红薯) 300克(去皮切条)
玉米淀粉 50克(用于裹粉)
甘梅粉 1.5汤匙(可依个人口味调整)
盐 1/4茶匙(可选,平衡甜味)
糖粉 1汤匙(可选,增加甜度)
植物油 适量(用于炸制)
做法:
1. 准备地瓜条:
地瓜去皮后切成粗条状(约1cm厚),用清水冲洗去除表面淀粉,沥干水分。
2. 裹粉处理:
将沥干的地瓜条放入玉米淀粉中,均匀裹上一层薄粉,使其炸制时更加酥脆。
3. 炸制地瓜条:
锅中倒入适量植物油,加热至约170°C,将地瓜条分批放入油锅中炸至金黄酥脆(约5分钟),捞出沥油。
4. 二次复炸(可选):
若想要更酥脆的口感,可将地瓜条静置2分钟后再次放入油锅复炸1分钟,提高酥脆度。
5. 拌入甘梅粉:
炸好的地瓜条稍微放凉后,放入大碗中,撒上甘梅粉、糖粉(可选)和少许盐,翻拌均匀,使地瓜条均匀裹上梅子粉的风味。
6. 装盘享用:
盛入盘中,即可食用,外脆里嫩,带有酸甜梅香,是一道解馋又健康的素食零食。

Sweet Plum-Flavored Fried Sweet Potato Fries

Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries:
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thick strips (about 1 cm wide). Rinse with water to remove excess starch, then drain well.
2. Coat with Starch:
Toss the drained sweet potato fries in cornstarch, ensuring they are lightly coated for extra crispiness.
3. Fry the Sweet Potato Fries:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to around 170°C. Fry the sweet potato fries in batches for about 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil.
4. Double-Fry for Extra Crispiness (Optional):
Let the fries rest for 2 minutes, then fry again for another minute to enhance the crunchiness.
5. Coat with Plum Powder:
Once slightly cooled, place the fried sweet potato fries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with plum powder, powdered sugar (optional), and a pinch of salt. Toss well to evenly coat.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately. The fries are crispy, tangy, and sweet, making them a perfect guilt-free snack.
