清蒸胡萝卜菜心

简介:

这是一道清淡自然的斋食蒸菜,胡萝卜甘甜软润,菜心鲜嫩清香,通过清蒸保留食材本味与营养。

材料:

胡萝卜 150克(切片)
菜心 200克(洗净)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
香油 少许

做法:

1.准备食材:
胡萝卜洗净切薄片,菜心洗净,较粗部分可对半切开备用。

2.摆盘处理:
将胡萝卜片铺在盘底,上面均匀摆放菜心。

3.调味预处理:
在食材表面撒少许盐与白胡椒粉。

4.上锅蒸制:
水开后放入蒸锅,大火蒸约5分钟至食材熟透但保持鲜嫩。

5.完成装盘:
出锅后淋少许香油,轻拌即可食用。

Steamed Carrot with Choy Sum

Summary:

This is a light and natural steamed vegetarian dish, where sweet carrots and tender choy sum are gently steamed to preserve their original flavors and nutrients.

Ingredients:

Carrot 150g (sliced)
Choy sum 200g (washed)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Sesame oil a few drops

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and slice the carrot thinly. Wash the choy sum and cut thicker stems in half if needed.

2.Arrange on plate:
Lay the carrot slices at the bottom of a plate and place the choy sum evenly on top.

3.Pre-season:
Sprinkle a small amount of salt and white pepper powder over the vegetables.

4.Steam:
Place into a steamer once the water is boiling and steam on high heat for about 5 minutes until just tender.

5.Finish and serve:
Remove from heat, drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil, and serve immediately.
