素焖冬瓜海带
简介:
这是一道清润淡雅的斋食家常菜,冬瓜软糯清甜,海带鲜香入味,小火焖煮使其滋味融合。
材料:
冬瓜 300克(去皮切块)
干海带 50克(泡发切段)
生抽 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
冬瓜去皮切块,海带提前泡发洗净后切段备用。
2.热锅起油:
锅中加油加热,放入冬瓜块翻炒约1分钟。
3.加入海带:
放入海带,与冬瓜一同翻炒均匀。
4.调味焖煮:
加入生抽、适量清水,没过食材,小火焖煮约8分钟。
5.收汁装盘:
待冬瓜软透入味,加入盐和白胡椒粉调味,稍微收汁后关火,盛出即可。

Braised Winter Melon with Kelp (Vegetarian)
Summary:
This is a light and nourishing vegetarian dish, where soft winter melon and savory kelp are gently braised to blend their flavors.
Ingredients:
Winter melon 300g (peeled and cut into chunks)
Dried kelp 50g (soaked and cut)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut the winter melon into chunks. Soak the kelp until soft, rinse, and cut into pieces.
2.Heat the oil:
Heat oil in a pan, add the winter melon, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3.Add kelp:
Add the kelp and stir-fry together evenly.
4.Season and simmer:
Add soy sauce and enough water to cover the ingredients. Simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes.
5.Finish and serve:
When the winter melon is tender, season with salt and white pepper, reduce the sauce slightly, then serve.
