红豆薏仁粥

简介:

这是一道温和滋养的斋食粥品,红豆甘润,薏仁清爽,慢煮后口感绵软,有助于清润调养。

材料:

红豆 80克(提前浸泡)
薏仁 80克(提前浸泡)
清水 1000毫升
冰糖 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
红豆与薏仁分别洗净,提前浸泡4小时以上,沥干备用。

2.加水煮制:
将红豆与薏仁放入锅中,加入清水,大火煮沸。

3.转小火慢煮:
转小火煮约40–60分钟,至红豆与薏仁软烂开花。

4.加入调味:
根据口味加入冰糖,继续煮至完全溶化。

5.完成食用:
粥体浓稠顺滑后关火,稍放温即可食用。

Red Bean and Coix Seed Porridge

Summary:

This is a gentle and nourishing porridge, combining sweet red beans and light coix seeds, slowly cooked to a soft and comforting texture.

Ingredients:

Red beans 80g (soaked in advance)
Coix seeds 80g (soaked in advance)
Water 1000 ml
Rock sugar to taste

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the red beans and coix seeds separately, soak for more than 4 hours, then drain.

2.Boil with water:
Place the red beans and coix seeds into a pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

3.Simmer gently:
Reduce to low heat and cook for 40–60 minutes until soft and tender.

4.Season:
Add rock sugar according to taste and cook until fully dissolved.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the porridge becomes thick and smooth, turn off the heat and serve warm.
