素烧土豆胡萝卜

简介:

这是一道温润入味的斋食家常菜,土豆软糯绵密,胡萝卜清甜鲜香,小火慢烧更显浓郁滋味。

材料:

土豆 300克(去皮切块)
胡萝卜 150克(切块)
生抽 1汤匙
糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
土豆去皮切块后清水冲洗去淀粉,胡萝卜切块备用。

2.煸炒增香:
热锅加油,放入土豆和胡萝卜,中火翻炒约2分钟至表面微微发黄。

3.加水焖煮:
加入适量清水没过食材,转中小火焖煮约8分钟至土豆变软。

4.调味收汁:
加入生抽、糖、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀,继续小火收汁至汤汁浓稠。

5.完成装盘:
待食材入味、汤汁包裹后关火,盛出即可食用。

Braised Potatoes with Carrots (Vegetarian)

Summary:

This is a comforting vegetarian dish, where soft potatoes and sweet carrots are gently braised to develop a rich and savory flavor.

Ingredients:

Potatoes 300g (peeled and cubed)
Carrots 150g (cubed)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cube the potatoes, rinse to remove excess starch. Cut the carrots into chunks.

2.Stir-fry for aroma:
Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes and carrots, stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until slightly golden.

3.Simmer:
Add enough water to cover the ingredients, simmer over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes until potatoes are tender.

4.Season and reduce:
Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper, stir well, and continue simmering until the sauce thickens.

5.Finish and serve:
Once well coated and flavorful, turn off the heat and serve.
