黑米莲子粥

简介:

这是一道温润滋养的斋食粥品,黑米醇厚香糯,莲子清甜绵软,小火慢煮即可释放自然甘香。

材料:

黑米 100克(提前浸泡)
莲子 80克(去芯)
清水 1000毫升
冰糖 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
黑米提前浸泡4小时以上,莲子去芯后洗净备用。

2.加水煮制:
将黑米和莲子放入锅中,加入清水,大火煮开。

3.转小火慢煮:
转小火煮约40分钟,期间适当搅拌,防止粘底。

4.加入调味:
加入适量冰糖,继续煮至完全融化。

5.完成盛出:
粥体浓稠顺滑后关火,盛出即可食用。

Black Rice and Lotus Seed Porridge

Summary:

This is a nourishing vegetarian porridge, where black rice offers a rich, sticky texture and lotus seeds provide a mild sweetness, slowly simmered to release natural flavors.

Ingredients:

Black rice 100g (soaked in advance)
Lotus seeds 80g (cores removed)
Water 1000 ml
Rock sugar to taste

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak the black rice for at least 4 hours. Remove the cores from the lotus seeds and rinse well.

2.Start cooking:
Place black rice and lotus seeds into a pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

3.Simmer gently:
Reduce to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

4.Add seasoning:
Add rock sugar and continue cooking until fully dissolved.

5.Finish and serve:
Once the porridge becomes thick and smooth, turn off the heat and serve.
