香炸素丸子

简介:

这是一道外酥里嫩的斋食小吃,素料调和成丸,油炸后香气浓郁、口感丰富。

材料:

土豆 200克(蒸熟压泥)
胡萝卜 80克(切碎)
香菇 50克(泡发切碎)
面粉 80克
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 适量(用于油炸)

做法:

1.准备食材:
土豆蒸熟压成泥,胡萝卜和香菇分别切碎备用。

2.调制丸子糊:
将土豆泥、胡萝卜碎和香菇碎混合,加入面粉、盐和白胡椒粉,搅拌成均匀面团。

3.搓制丸子:
将面团分成小份,用手搓成均匀大小的丸子。

4.油炸定型:
锅中加油烧至六成热,放入丸子中小火炸至表面金黄酥脆。

5.完成装盘:
捞出沥油后装盘,即可食用。

Crispy Fried Vegetarian Balls

Summary:

These crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside vegetarian balls are deep-fried to bring out a rich aroma and satisfying texture.

Ingredients:

Potato 200g (steamed and mashed)
Carrot 80g (finely chopped)
Dried shiitake mushrooms 50g (soaked and chopped)
Flour 80g
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Steam and mash the potato. Finely chop the carrot and soaked shiitake mushrooms.

2.Make the mixture:
Combine mashed potato, carrot, and mushrooms. Add flour, salt, and white pepper, mixing into a uniform dough.

3.Shape the balls:
Divide the mixture and roll into evenly sized balls by hand.

4.Deep-fry:
Heat oil to medium (about 60% heat), fry the balls over medium-low heat until golden and crispy.

5.Finish and serve:
Remove and drain excess oil, then serve immediately.
