凉拌马兰头
简介:
这是一道清新爽口的斋食凉菜,马兰头清香微苦,简单调拌即可呈现自然风味。
材料:
马兰头 200克(择洗干净)
生抽 1汤匙
香油 1茶匙
白糖 0.5汤匙
盐 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
马兰头择去老根与杂质,清洗干净备用。
2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,加入少许盐,将马兰头焯水约1分钟,捞出后迅速过凉水并挤干水分。
3.切碎装碗:
将焯好的马兰头切碎,放入碗中。
4.调味拌匀:
加入生抽、香油、白糖和适量盐,搅拌均匀。
5.完成装盘:
拌匀后装盘,即可食用。

Cold Tossed Indian Aster
Summary:
This is a refreshing vegetarian cold dish, featuring the slightly bitter and aromatic Indian aster, simply dressed to highlight its natural flavor.
Ingredients:
Indian aster 200g (cleaned)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Remove old roots and impurities from the Indian aster, then wash thoroughly.
2.Blanch:
Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, blanch the Indian aster for about 1 minute, then rinse with cold water and squeeze dry.
3.Chop and place:
Chop the blanched Indian aster and place it in a bowl.
4.Season and mix:
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt, then mix well.
5.Finish and serve:
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
