香煎土豆饼
简介:
这是一道外酥内软的斋食家常点心,土豆绵软香糯,简单香煎即可呈现浓郁口感。
材料:
土豆 300克(去皮切块)
玉米淀粉 40克
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
做法:
1.准备食材:
土豆去皮切块,放入清水中冲洗去淀粉备用。
2.蒸熟压泥:
将土豆蒸熟至软烂,取出后趁热压成细腻土豆泥。
3.调制面团:
加入玉米淀粉、盐和白胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,揉成不粘手的面团。
4.整形成饼:
将面团分成小份,搓圆后压成小饼状。
5.香煎成型:
平底锅加油,小火放入土豆饼,两面煎至金黄酥脆即可。

Pan-Fried Potato Cakes
Summary:
This is a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside vegetarian snack, where mashed potatoes are simply pan-fried to bring out a rich and comforting flavor.
Ingredients:
Potatoes 300g (peeled and cut into chunks)
Cornstarch 40g
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, rinse in water to remove excess starch.
2.Steam and mash:
Steam the potatoes until soft, then mash into a smooth puree while hot.
3.Make the dough:
Add cornstarch, salt, and white pepper powder. Mix well and knead into a non-sticky dough.
4.Shape cakes:
Divide the dough into small portions, roll into balls, and flatten into small cakes.
5.Pan-fry:
Heat oil in a pan over low heat, cook the potato cakes on both sides until golden and crispy.
