板栗糙米饭
简介:
这是一道温润质朴的斋食主食,板栗香甜软糯,糙米醇厚有嚼劲,蒸煮融合出自然甘香。
材料:
糙米 200克(提前浸泡2小时)
板栗 120克(去壳去皮)
清水 适量
盐 少许
做法:
1.准备食材:
糙米提前浸泡后沥干,板栗去壳去皮洗净备用。
2.处理板栗:
将板栗放入沸水中焯1分钟,捞出备用以提升口感。
3.混合入锅:
将糙米与板栗放入电饭锅中,加入适量清水(略高于食材约1-2厘米),加入少许盐。
4.蒸煮成饭:
启动煮饭模式,焖煮至糙米熟软、板栗绵糯。
5.完成拌匀:
开盖后轻轻翻拌,使板栗与糙米均匀混合,即可盛出食用。

Chestnut Brown Rice
Summary:
This is a wholesome vegetarian staple, combining sweet and tender chestnuts with chewy brown rice for a naturally rich and comforting flavor.
Ingredients:
Brown rice 200g (soaked for 2 hours)
Chestnuts 120g (shelled and peeled)
Water as needed
Salt a pinch
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Soak the brown rice in advance and drain. Shell and peel the chestnuts, then rinse clean.
2.Pre-cook chestnuts:
Blanch the chestnuts in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and set aside.
3.Combine in cooker:
Place brown rice and chestnuts into a rice cooker, add water (about 1–2 cm above the ingredients), and a pinch of salt.
4.Cook rice:
Start the cooking cycle and cook until the rice is tender and chestnuts are soft.
5.Mix and serve:
Gently fluff and mix the rice and chestnuts evenly, then serve.
