胡萝卜炒荷兰豆

简介:

这是一道色泽鲜艳、清爽可口的斋食家常菜,胡萝卜清甜与荷兰豆脆嫩相结合,简单快炒即可保留食材本味。

材料:

荷兰豆 200克(去筋)
胡萝卜 80克(切片)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
荷兰豆洗净去筋,胡萝卜洗净去皮切成薄片备用。

2.焯水定色:
锅中烧开水,加入少许盐和几滴油,将荷兰豆和胡萝卜焯水约40秒,捞出沥干。

3.热锅快炒:
热锅加油,中火放入胡萝卜片翻炒约30秒,再加入荷兰豆继续翻炒约40秒。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,快速翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
食材熟透且色泽鲜亮后关火,盛出装盘即可。

Stir-Fried Snow Peas with Carrot

Summary:

This is a vibrant and refreshing vegetarian dish, combining the natural sweetness of carrots with the crisp texture of snow peas in a quick stir-fry.

Ingredients:

Snow peas 200g (trimmed)
Carrot 80g (sliced)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and trim the snow peas. Peel and slice the carrot into thin pieces.

2.Blanch briefly:
Bring water to a boil, add a little salt and oil, blanch the snow peas and carrot for about 40 seconds, then drain.

3.Quick stir-fry:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the carrot for 30 seconds, then add snow peas and continue for about 40 seconds.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stirring quickly to combine.

5.Finish and serve:
Once vegetables are tender and vibrant, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
