白菜炖粉条

简介:

这是一道温润朴实的斋食家常菜,白菜清甜软烂,粉条滑润入味,慢炖融合出浓郁鲜香。

材料:

大白菜 400克(切块)
粉条 80克(提前泡软)
生抽 1汤匙
老抽 0.5汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
白菜洗净切块,粉条提前用温水泡软备用。

2.热锅翻炒:
热锅加油,放入白菜翻炒约2分钟,炒至稍微变软出水。

3.加入调料:
加入生抽、老抽翻炒均匀,使白菜上色入味。

4.炖煮入味:
加入适量清水,放入泡软的粉条,中小火炖煮约5分钟,使粉条吸收汤汁。

5.完成装盘:
待汤汁略微收浓,加入盐和白胡椒粉调味,关火盛出即可。

Braised Chinese Cabbage with Vermicelli

Summary:

This is a comforting vegetarian dish, where tender cabbage and silky vermicelli are gently braised to absorb a rich and savory broth.

Ingredients:

Chinese cabbage 400g (cut into chunks)
Vermicelli 80g (soaked until soft)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 0.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut the cabbage into chunks. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until softened.

2.Stir-fry cabbage:
Heat oil in a pan, add cabbage, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.

3.Add seasoning:
Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir well to coat evenly.

4.Simmer:
Pour in water and add the softened vermicelli. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until flavors are absorbed.

5.Finish and serve:
When the sauce slightly reduces, season with salt and white pepper, then turn off heat and serve.
