香椿饼
简介:
这是一道香气浓郁的斋食小吃,香椿清香独特,与面糊融合煎制,外酥里嫩,风味鲜明。
材料:
香椿 100克(切碎)
面粉 150克
清水 适量
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 2汤匙
做法:
1.准备食材:
香椿洗净后焯水10秒,捞出挤干水分并切碎备用。
2.调制面糊:
将面粉放入碗中,加入清水搅拌成略稠面糊,加入香椿碎、盐和白胡椒粉拌匀。
3.加热煎制:
平底锅加油烧热,倒入适量面糊摊平,小火煎制。
4.翻面定型:
待一面金黄后翻面,继续煎至两面微脆。
5.完成装盘:
煎至熟透后出锅,切块装盘即可食用。

Toona Sinensis Pancake
Summary:
This is a fragrant vegetarian snack, where aromatic toona leaves are mixed into batter and pan-fried to create a crispy outside and tender inside.
Ingredients:
Toona sinensis (Chinese toon) 100g (chopped)
Flour 150g
Water as needed
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash the toona leaves, blanch for 10 seconds, squeeze dry, and chop finely.
2.Make batter:
Place flour in a bowl, add water to form a slightly thick batter, then mix in chopped toona, salt, and white pepper powder.
3.Heat and cook:
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the batter, and spread evenly over low heat.
4.Flip and cook through:
When one side turns golden, flip and cook until both sides are slightly crispy.
5.Finish and serve:
Cook until fully done, remove from pan, cut into pieces, and serve.
