春笋炒雪菜

简介:

这是一道清香鲜爽的斋食家常菜,春笋脆嫩与雪菜咸香相互融合,简单翻炒即可层次分明。

材料:

春笋 200克(切片)
雪菜 100克(洗净切碎)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
春笋去壳切片,雪菜洗净后挤干水分并切碎备用。

2.焯水去涩:
锅中烧开水,放入春笋焯水2分钟,去除涩味后捞出沥干。

3.热锅炒香:
热锅加油,放入雪菜中火翻炒,炒出香味。

4.加入春笋:
放入春笋片,与雪菜一同翻炒均匀约1分钟。

5.调味完成:
根据口味加入少量盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀后关火装盘。

Stir-Fried Spring Bamboo Shoots with Preserved Mustard Greens

Summary:

This is a savory and refreshing vegetarian dish, combining tender spring bamboo shoots with the salty aroma of preserved mustard greens in a quick stir-fry.

Ingredients:

Spring bamboo shoots 200g (sliced)
Preserved mustard greens 100g (rinsed and chopped)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and slice the bamboo shoots. Rinse the preserved mustard greens, squeeze out excess water, and chop.

2.Blanch bamboo shoots:
Bring water to a boil, blanch the bamboo shoots for 2 minutes to remove bitterness, then drain.

3.Stir-fry mustard greens:
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard greens, and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.

4.Add bamboo shoots:
Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry together for about 1 minute.

5.Season and serve:
Add a small amount of salt and white pepper powder, mix well, then turn off the heat and serve.
