枸杞蒸丝瓜
简介:
这是一道清润鲜甜的斋食蒸菜,丝瓜柔嫩多汁,枸杞点缀其间,蒸制保留原味与营养。
材料:
丝瓜 300克(去皮切段)
枸杞 10克(泡发)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
香油 少许
做法:
1.准备食材:
丝瓜去皮切段,枸杞用清水泡发备用。
2.摆盘处理:
将丝瓜整齐摆入盘中,撒上枸杞。
3.调味入盘:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,淋少许清水。
4.上锅蒸制:
水开后放入蒸锅,中火蒸约8分钟至丝瓜变软出汁。
5.完成装盘:
取出后淋少许香油,即可食用。

Steamed Loofah with Goji Berries
Summary:
This is a light and nourishing steamed vegetarian dish, where tender loofah and sweet goji berries are gently cooked to preserve natural flavors and nutrients.
Ingredients:
Loofah 300g (peeled and cut into sections)
Goji berries 10g (soaked)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Sesame oil a few drops
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Peel and cut the loofah into sections. Soak the goji berries in water until softened.
2.Arrange on plate:
Place the loofah neatly on a plate and scatter the goji berries on top.
3.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, and drizzle a small amount of water.
4.Steam:
Place in a steamer once the water is boiling, steam over medium heat for about 8 minutes until tender.
5.Finish and serve:
Remove from the steamer, drizzle with a little sesame oil, and serve immediately.
