清炒蚕豆

简介:

这是一道清新简单的斋食家常菜,蚕豆软糯清甜,轻炒即可突出其自然风味。

材料:

鲜蚕豆 250克(去壳去皮)
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:
蚕豆去壳去皮,洗净备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中烧开水,加入少许盐,将蚕豆焯水1分钟后捞出沥干。

3.热锅翻炒:
热锅加油,放入蚕豆,中火翻炒约1分钟。

4.调味入味:
加入适量盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
蚕豆熟透后关火,盛出即可食用。

Stir-Fried Broad Beans

Summary:

A simple and fresh vegetarian dish where tender broad beans are lightly stir-fried to highlight their natural sweetness.

Ingredients:

Fresh broad beans 250g (shelled and peeled)
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Shell and peel the broad beans, then rinse and set aside.

2.Blanch briefly:
Bring water to a boil, add a little salt, blanch the beans for 1 minute, then drain.

3.Stir-fry:
Heat oil in a pan, add the beans, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.

4.Season:
Add salt and white pepper powder, stir well.

5.Finish and serve:
Cook until tender, then turn off heat and serve.
