麻酱拌面

简介:

这是一道浓香顺滑的斋食面食,麻酱醇厚,拌面简单却富有层次。

材料:

面条 200克
芝麻酱 2汤匙
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
白糖 1茶匙
盐 适量
香油 少许
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
面条备好,芝麻酱用少量清水调开至顺滑。

2.煮面:
锅中加水烧开,放入面条煮熟,捞出过凉水后沥干。

3.调制酱料:
在碗中加入芝麻酱、生抽、米醋、白糖、盐和香油,搅拌均匀。

4.拌面:
将面条放入碗中,倒入酱料,充分拌匀。

5.完成装盘:
拌匀后装盘,即可食用。

Sesame Paste Noodles

Summary:

A rich and creamy vegetarian noodle dish, featuring smooth sesame paste that brings deep flavor with simple preparation.

Ingredients:

Noodles 200g
Sesame paste 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sesame oil a little
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Get noodles ready and dilute sesame paste with a little water until smooth.

2.Cook noodles:
Boil water, cook noodles until done, rinse with cold water, and drain.

3.Make sauce:
Mix sesame paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil.

4.Mix noodles:
Add noodles into the sauce and toss well.

5.Finish and serve:
Plate and serve immediately.
