菠菜拌粉丝

简介:

这是一道清爽开胃的斋食凉菜,菠菜鲜嫩,粉丝爽滑,简单调味即可呈现清香口感。

材料:

菠菜 200克
粉丝 80克
生抽 1汤匙
米醋 1汤匙
盐 适量
香油 少许

做法:

1.准备食材:
菠菜洗净切段,粉丝提前泡软。

2.焯水处理:
锅中水烧开,分别将菠菜和粉丝焯熟,捞出过凉水后沥干。

3.混合食材:
将菠菜与粉丝放入碗中。

4.调味拌匀:
加入生抽、米醋、盐和香油,搅拌均匀。

5.完成装盘:
拌匀后装盘,即可食用。

Spinach with Glass Noodles

Summary:

A refreshing vegetarian cold dish combining tender spinach and smooth glass noodles with light seasoning.

Ingredients:

Spinach 200g
Glass noodles 80g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sesame oil a little

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash spinach and cut into sections. Soak glass noodles until soft.

2.Blanch:
Boil water, cook spinach and noodles separately, then cool and drain.

3.Combine:
Place both into a bowl.

4.Season:
Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and sesame oil, mix well.

5.Finish and serve:
Plate and serve.
